After being crowned Temple University's Homecoming Queen for the 2015-2016 school year, Lorae started working on 21 Days of Love. From November 1st-21st, many Temple University and Philadelphia entities were involved, including students from YouthBuild Philadelphia & student leaders from Temple University's Diamond Leadership Program.
Hundreds of items were donated to the Old Pine Community Center, and groups of people served at Broad Street Ministry, The Food Trust, Delaware County's Life Center, Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission, Chosen 300 and more.
The goal of this year was to get students to be active and engaged in the Philadelphia community whether they are long-term residents or only in Philadelphia to pursue Higher Education.
